How do I start?
Upload a file (Excel, CSV, or SPSS .sav) or paste a table, pick the analysis, and Statory returns the table with an APA-style sentence. To see the whole path first without logging in, take the six-step walkthrough on a synthetic sample. Take the walkthrough
What can Statory analyze?
Quantitative: frequencies and descriptives through t-tests, ANOVA, correlation, regression, reliability, EFA and CFA, SEM, and more. Text: text analysis and qualitative-coding support. Decision: AHP, TOPSIS, DEA, and game-theory models. Every engine's verification status is listed on the accuracy page. See the accuracy page
Where does the APA-style sentence come from?
From a fixed template filled with the engine's own numbers. It comes with every table. A language model never writes the numbers or the sentence.
How accurate is it?
We don't answer that with an adjective. Every engine is compared item by item against established statistics software on the same data, and the comparison — what agreed, what differs by convention and why, and what could not be compared — is public. Read the comparison
Does the AI compute anything?
No. Deterministic engines compute; the same data gives the same result every time. AI is used only for explanations marked ⚡, which cost credits.
Is my data stored?
On the web, your file stays in your workspace and you can delete it. Through Claude, the connector is read-only: the table goes to the engine and is not kept; only a one-line record (analysis name, variables, N) stays in your own history.
Can I use it inside Claude?
Yes, in Claude. Statory runs as a read-only server: you paste a table, the engine computes, the chat relays the result. Setup steps are on the connector guide. The ChatGPT connection is not open yet. Open the connector guide
What does it cost?
Passes for the weeks you need: 4w $4 · 8w $7 · 12w $10. No subscription. Features without the ⚡ mark are free; ⚡ features use credits (15 signup credits + 10 AI credits/week; a pass gives 200 AI credits/week). Details on the pricing page. See pricing
Can I get a refund?
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. However, if you have started using the digital product (coupon or membership), your right of withdrawal may be limited under applicable law (including EU consumer protection rules). Refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Requests go to support@statory.org. Read the refund policy
Can I write in Korean and get English output?
Yes. Variable names and text can be Korean, and the tables and the APA-style sentence can come out in English — or everything in Korean.
How do I cite Statory?
Statory. (2026). Statory (Version 1.6.50) [Statistical analysis software]. https://www.statory.org — the version is on the accuracy page. Check the current version
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings and use "Delete account". Personal data is removed after a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel. Anonymous statistics stay, published items keep only the content without your name unless you delete them, and payment records are kept as long as the law requires. Open settings
Is this a substitute for qualitative research?
No. The text tools are analysis and qualitative-coding support: LDA-assisted first-pass coding, a codebook, and themes with quotes. They do not automate qualitative research.
What isn't there yet?
Two secondary engines still answer in Korean regardless of data language, the weekly Lab issues are Korean-only for now, and there is no voice transcription. We list gaps rather than hide them.
A note on our English.
Our English is not a native speaker's — if something reads oddly, tell us.
