Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid week coupons and Founding Member purchases processed through Paddle. Please read it together with Section 9 of our Terms of Service. It operates within the limits permitted by applicable law.


1. Scope

Paid week coupons: 4w $4 · 8w $7 · 12w $10 and Founding Member plans paid via Paddle. The Free plan is not covered by this policy.

2. Withdrawal (7 Days)

Where permitted by applicable consumer protection law, you may request withdrawal of purchase within 7 days of payment. Timing and conditions follow applicable law and Paddle's payment terms.

3. Pro-Rata Refunds

If you have started using the service, refunds are generally calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion, excluding days of use. For example, on a 4-week coupon used for 1 week, you may receive a refund for the remaining 3 weeks. Actual amounts depend on payment, usage period, and Paddle policies.

4. When Refunds May Be Limited

Within the limits permitted by law, refunds may be limited or adjusted when:

  • Your account is suspended or terminated for Terms violations or abuse
  • Law restricts refunds for the relevant transaction
  • The portion of service already delivered or consumed

5. How to Request (Paddle)

  1. Email support@statory.org with your account email, payment date, and coupon type.
  2. We review your request and process refunds through Paddle.
  3. Refunds may take several business days to complete.

Paddle handles payment and refund processing. You may also check purchases via Paddle's customer portal when available.

6. Fees and Refund Amount

Payment processing fees, exchange differences, or tax handling costs may be deducted from the refund. The final amount is determined under Paddle policies and applicable law.

7. Policy Changes

This policy may be supplemented or updated. We notify users of material changes in advance when practicable. Price and limit changes aim for at least 14 days' notice.
